We charge a fixed fee of £300 to get your data back, theres no hidden fees, and we won’t quote a higher price once we get your device.
The process couldn’t be simpler, simply complete the booking form and we will arrange for your device to be collected. Once we have it, we will inspect it within 3 days and give you our opinion of whether data recovery is possible. If it is we will recover the data and once payment is received we will post back your device (if you want it) and your data on a flash drive. The whole process takes between 7 and 10 days.
Please note, we can’t recover your data if your devices is iCloud locked or you have forgotten your passcode.
