FixMyBrokenPhone is the sister company of FixMyBrokenMac, we just love fixing Apple stuff that Apple can’t fix, or want to charge the earth for. We are constantly cheaper and faster than Apple for repairs

We fix iPhones, iPads, and Apple watches to component level, and we do it really well. That means we take the motherboards out, put them under a microscope to diagnose them, and then change chips and other components to bring them back to life. Cool huh?

We can fix pretty much any problem on your Apple device, from something as simple as a broken screen to something as complicated as data recovery on saltwater damaged iiPhone/iPad. We love nothing more that recovering precious memories from a destroyed device.

I could not have asked for a better service. My heart stopped the moment I saw my mug of coffee spill over my Macbook pro! I rang up Fix my broken mac almost instantly as I knew they would know what to do. They told me to bring in my laptop straight away, without delay. I was pleased to get my laptop back the same day at a reasonable price and have all my data in tact! My computer was literally drowned in coffee and these guys had the technical know how and skill to be able to dry all the components, replace anything damaged and get it up and running to its original state. The service was quick, reliable and cost effective. I know if I took my computer into a mac store they would have written it off straight away! Thank you to Fix My Broken Mac for saving the day!

The man that assisted me, who was white, balding and wore glasses was extremely rude. When I sought his help to determine whether my macbook, or my charger was broken he initially agreed to test a functional charger with the computer. However, after about a minute told me that he couldn’t help and that the issue was not his problem as the shop did not sell chargers. He then refused to give me his name. Very low level customer service, which I am concerned reflects issues with the service generally. I will not use this store again, and recommend that nobody else does either.

My son's iPhone 6S screen was completey destroyed and we thought it was beyond repair. One quick assessment and we were told it was OK to fix - 48 hrs later he had his iPhone back looking brand new. Fantastic service - highly recommended. Thank you

Extremely professional team of problem fixers. I spilled water on my precious MacBook, sand its screen died that day, with a part of me. Those people we able to bring it back to life. And I got a special sweet treat with my computer delivered back to me 😉
